I created a living trust about a year and a half ago. Everything is spelled out in it as far as what I have that "I " feel as valuable. Those value things are assigned to someone. Things like my vintage PC's and laptops have values attached if they were to sell them on eBay or Craigslist. I update it once a year. Funeral is already paid for, estate already setup, etc. Basically when I die, bury me, come pick your crap up or wait for the check, and move on with your life. It is probably the most conscientious thing I have ever done. It took some time and a few bucks but people (Wife and Kids) should appreciate it.
