Didn't take you long to find this place - welcome!
Until the real experts on this find this thread - have you tried Firefox or another alternative browser? If it works, this will at least get you back in business till IE is fixed. If this doesn't work, you might want to look at your hosts file.
You could download and run HijackThis and post a log file.
