Hi all,

I'm trying to move my household to a complete paperless home. We currently write down what groceries are needed on paper as they come to mind. However, I thought I'd get sophisticated here and place a monitor on the kitchen wall for everyone to enter what groceries we need as we realize we need them. So I was thinking of using a touchscreen monitor and using MS OneNote, as I've been a longtime user and it lends itself to great file sharing.

Can anyone let me know if this can be done and what products they would recommend to pull this off?
