Build Parts Compatible?

Hi all,

I'm building a pc and I was just wondering if this is all compatible?

parts with links:
Build Parts List - Newegg

plain text parts list:

---Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

---ASRock H61M-GE LGA 1155 Intel H61 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

---EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16

---Team Elite 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory

---Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

---COOLMAX SUPPLY CUL-750B 750W ATX 12V v2.3 / EPS12V v2.91

---APEX PC-389-C Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

---SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner SATA Model SH-222BB/BEBE - OEM

~$980 build (w/ monitor & keyboard)

I think I can afford to go a step up on the graphics card.
Would a
$200 XFX Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 or
$180 ZOTAC AMP! GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 or
$220EVGA GeForce GTX 480 (Fermi) 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 be compatible? Which would be a better card?

Thanks so much!!!
