yes i should have been more specific those are the two items to uncheck.

so i performed a full scan, unchecked the two items mentioned above and all is good/green. therefore this test worked as expected.
the only thing is have to keep all those logs indefinately or do this 'test' once in a while, unless mse only 'keeps' a finite amount of most recent logs.

i did send a message to ms & piriform when this first happened to me.
piriform replied with the standard "thank you for your suggestion. we will pass it along to the appropiate support team"
ms didn't reply as of yet.
