I have a 650 Watt Seasonic Powersupply and I was wondering what is the most powerful Videocard I could hook up to it without over stressing the powersupply.

I have a I7 860 with an Asus H55 Mobo not sure of the exact model,I want to use this set up to make back up copy's of DVD's I have purchased and keep them on a Harddrive so I can play them from my WD Media player,please understand that I'm not asking for any advice on pirating movies I olny want to make back up copy's.

I'm going to be using Pavtube Bluray Ripper because it can use the Cuda Core's and what ever ATI calls there's,I also change the format of the movie as well incase my Girlfriend put's it on her phone and stuff like that and it really convert's fast with my other PC with a 570 Card in it it olny takes about 3 1/2 Minute's and the movie has been converted.

Can you tell me what Chipset would be better a ATI or a Nvidia for all out Conversion speed I know that the ATI's are faster gaming card's but I'm not sure if that means it will convert movies faster or not.
