All your hardware is still under warranty so you won't have to re-purchase any thing but it takes up time.
Fortunately both Newegg and Amazon will have records of your purchases, not to mention the email invoices they sent, which take a lot of the hassle out of getting replacements.
Just follow their instructions in Customer Service and don't mention your nephew.
