ATX is not the brand name of that PSU, that's the form factor. Take a closeup pic of the label on it, please.
It's good enough to test with and get something running (assuming it works), but it's not one that I would trust long-term.
It's going to be tricky testing the motherboard out of the case with that liquid cooler, but it has to be done. You may have to get a stock-type cooler to do it.
