If (and that's a BIG IF) the motherboard/CPU/RAM/power supply/video card successfully tests out of the case, then you could add some inexpensive parts to make a usable computer. If not, I'd give up and recycle the good parts into a build. The market for used computers is pretty bad, so don't expect to get much out of it - and I'd throw a cheap video card into it and keep that 570 for yourself for a new build.
I'd just get a $20 DVD burner, do you actually need Blu-Ray capability?
