They've been awarded the
"worst company of america" award from "the consumerist" in their yearly voting bracket--two years running.
EA released a
weak PR blurb about it each time.
Something tells me they aren't going to change much.
I haven't bought an EA game in years. They're always fraught with problems. Just google for the game's name and either "fail" or "glitch"...you'll be entertained for a good hour.
