However, there is a huge cavieat to this program--your workplace needs to be a participant in order for you to be able to take advantage of this. Also, once your employment with your workplace ceases, you are required to uninstall the software.

For a workplace to be an active participant, the workplace has to have a volume license with software assurance. If you don't know what that means, ask your IT department if your workplace participates in the program.
