One more last change we made. He had his parents give him some cash and now he wants to get a better graphics card rather than acquire mine. His budget is around 150-175 so I'm going to recommend the 650 TI BOOST 2gig version PCI 3.0

Side question here too.... is pci 3.0 suppose to mean pci 3.0 x16? Or is there a PCI 3.0 and then a PCI 3.0 x 16?
