They are one of the best modems out there from what I read, which is why I bought one. You will have to have a seperate router if you use this since it's only a modem. It seems when Adobe updates the flash player it breaks stuff or makes it laggy. I would try an older version of flash player to see if that helps before updating anymore equipment. DOS_equis
