You aren't reading the bios version correctly, it's just going to be a 4 digit number. Board was released with 0804 and the latest is 3602.

Look, I hate to be rude, but if you can't be bothered to open up the case and answer my questions, I can't be bothered to try to help you any more!

The way things are going and the way you are reacting, I'd recommend you forget about the floppy drive/disk and XP - just load Windows 7 back on it and install Classic Shell.
