Drive 4 not Found

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and I have a problem I haven't been able to solve on my own. I have an old Dell Precision 390 I use at work. A few months back this problem started. I get an error, "Drive 4 Not Found. Parallel ATA, PATA 0 (PRI IDE Master)" when booting the computer. I opened the case and I have 2 SATA hard drives. In the BIOS it shows 2 SATA Hard Drives, SATA-0 ON, SATA-1 OFF, SATA-2 ON, SATA-3 OFF, PATA-0 ON, PATA-1 OFF. SATA Operation set to "RAID Autodetect/AHCI. Shouldn't the PATA-0 be set to OFF like the PATA-1 or am I missing something. I'm confused. If it should be set to OFF, how did it get changed? I'm the only person with access to this computer. Also, automatic updates are turned off. I'm running XP, Norton AV, Norton Ghost. This computer is used as an HMI and to monitor a piece of equipment remotely. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
