hi again

I tried the setting the date and time to the correct time a few times. All that happend was when i go to save and restart it would go to a black screen. That was about all the action i got from it. Also the CMOS reset jumper heh it only boots in the 1+2 position so i couldnt mess that one up lol. The board can support this processor ive looked on about that. This board is supose to be able to support the XP chips also. Ive tried several version of BIOS updates for this board. Still no good results i guess i'm stuck witht he P2 for awhile longer. I'm gonna search for some more info on this THX for the help guys. I didnt think there was gonna be this much trouble in making the PC in the article from this site it looked much easier heheeh.
