Again, I had no problems whatsoever with my 98se upgraded to XP Pro with FAT 32 still intact. The software upgrades HP offers for that OS work fine. I have since done a clean install of XP, and I cannot get the scanner to perform anywhere near the speed of the 98se/XP upgrade OS under FAT 32.
