AOL is the only ISP that I know of to have parental controls, and even they are not fool proof. If you are worried about who your kids are talking to or the material that they are viewing you need to talk to them, don't rely on your ISP to protect them.
In regaurds to your earlier post the cable provider I use is Cox.net formerly @home. They claim to give you a dynamic IP, but they really don't change it that often.
