I have 3 dlink nic and have no problem with them.All worked fine under Windows 2000 professional,redhat 7.2 and openbsd 3.0 .I also have friends who bought dlink nic and he is happy with his cards.
btw,dlink nic has a mini processor built-in to reduce cpu load which is a very nice feature
