Seems like the upgrade disk will give you the most flexibility. Both disks
would cost about $90-$100.
For dual-boot, I'm trying unsuccessfully to remember if there was a limitation
on where the XP bootloader is.... seems like you should be okay (the distant
ringing in my memory is that XP had to be...was it within the 1st 8 GB???)...
If there is a limitation, hopefully someone with a better memory will post.
