Read this...

I got it working by setting my BIOS from "AUTO" detect of my hard drive, to USER HDD. For some reason I couldn't leave it in AUTO. It is very slow in seeing it or something, and when the computer booted, it would sit there detecting the primary master, but then say NONE. Once I set it to Manual, and saved BIOS, it now sees the hard drive.
I still don't understand why the installation went as far as it did if it wasn't detecting the Primary Master Hard drive?????

Anyway, a new problem now. Windows install stops about a third of the way through with a "STOP Screen"
" A problem has been detected and indows has shutdown to prevent damage to your computer......................
