MS Keyboard

No Cricket, it is a PS2 is what the instructions say. I just thought that if it was better to let Windows and the many built in drivers it has take care of your drivers needs. Well since this is a MS keyboard maybe it would be better to do the same as with the mouse. I believe I am geting the point on the Software that comes with our hardware.

First it seems that it never comes with just the drivers. When I installed my HP printer it had this program and that program with it. My Zip and Scanner the same way. This is the Bloat you speak of? Am I getting close? Can I do this with the other hardware I have? Uninstall the software and let windows find it? Then if not give it the diskette or CD.

I have read many times, that the leaner & cleaner that you keep your Computer the more reliable it will run. I thought that something was wrong, when I got a jukebox program with my printer. The wizard goes by so fast that you tend to think, I had better say yes, or it wont work.

I sure am learning a lot here I can't thank you all enough.
