I decided quickest way was to Remove from the Device Manager and do a fresh install. Still no luck.
Under troubleshooting it suggested changing the IRQ settings. I hate doing that. Kept troubleshooting.
Guess what got the printer working? Disable bi-directional support in the spool settings. I'll repost this one as a TroubleShooting Tip at the top of the Peripheral Forum. A lot of weeks spent to find a simple solution.
