Hi Jenni!
Here is scoop. 722 was working fine and suddenly it started to do the following: It begins a print job just fine. Gets about 3 inches into the printed page and stops dead. Locks itself up tight and has to be unplugged and the print job deleted from the printer folde.
It is currently connected thru the external Zip drive that seems to be working fine. I will connect it directly to an older Win 98 machine and see what happens. If that works I will try reattaching directly to the new XP machine and hope that works.
Will keep you informed.
Tell your brother I will be contacting him soon. Minor question on the Palm...
