I've also had no bad experiences from
www.extremepresence.com in over 6 months now. 11 bucks for 6 gigs of transfer, 75 megs, etc.
I don't have IMAP mail, but I do continue to pay for hosting for the same reason that Statica does, just to have my own configurable mail server (that's filtered before it gets to me
).
