I personally think that Front Page is a poor HTML editor. Front Page Express is even worse. It does come standard on 98 though. I would advise learning HTML first and then possibly using a WYSIWYG editor. I personally hand code all of my pages although I do reuse quite a bit of code. I use Homesite 4.5.
