Hello freemon,
If you have a boot disk with FDISK on it, you can boot with that and at the c: prompt type, FDISK /MBR. This will restore your MBR so you can load windows. You will loose LILO though, but it sounds like you already know that.
If you do not have a boot disk, go to
www.bootdisk.com to get one.
