No, the dos batch file will not have support for a mouse.

If you want to do something with the mouse in windows, try WinBatch, it's a batch file program. Also there are some macro creation programs that can do this too.

If you need to do something with the mouse in a DOS environment, as in you aren't in windows at all, you'd probably need a custom program written for you.
