I agree that those things are all great for the CPU, but I feel you need to get that hot air out of the case. Try the infamous blowhole, or add more exhaust fans in the back and bigger intake fans in the front. It is pretty normal for the CPU to be hotter than the system temp, which is displayed by your mobo temp. I had a similar hutch kind of desk, and ended up getting rid of it because of heat build up. If you want to keep the hutch, you could probably remove your case, since the tower is inside of the desk. That should help airflow, too.
