Now that I think of it I had disabled DHCP on the old server but I don't remember doing it on the new one. The funny thing is 3 other Win98 machines have no problem accessing the internet and neither does the server, just the two problem boxes. The Netgear has a range of 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.255 IIRC, so I was going to try sonething in the 192.168.1.x range instead. Thanks for jogging my brain!
