When you do get your new PC, its always a good idea to open up the system and trying to verify that you did get what you paid for. You wont void any warranty by openning up your case and checking. Its also a good idea to insist that your parts come stickered by the store assembling it, almost all stores do it. It will save you a lot of trouble just taking the time out and writing down the model, serial #s & revision dates of any and all of the parts on there. Even if you had to call tech support or just download the latest drivers, knowing the exactly what you have running for you makes troubleshooting a whole lot faster. And once you have that list, go to the manufacturer's web site and check to see if they have any new drivers or patches.
