I looked MSN Messenger and I don't see any setting that controls this. Are you sure it is on your end and not on hers? It seems I remember something about blocking files on IM clients. I don't remember where though....Windows Update or Norton Anti-Virus maybe. I'll look around a little bit and see what I can't come up with.
