I DL and installed the client on 3 home computers last friday. I have submitted about a dozen block but still cant get them to recognize my e mail. I have checked all clients to make sure the email address is correct.
I search for my email addy on their site as well as pcmech on the team thing but neither are recognized. I will find a place to email their support group and ask them. But it is strange that I cant find pcmech team.
Any info?
