Maxtor is the only manufacturer that makes ATA133 hard drives anyway (but then, I think with only 5400 rpm over 80 GB).
Intel chipsets don't support UDMA133.

Most manufacturers won't use UDMA133, they want to go from UDMA 100 straight to serial ATA.
