I don't know what that device is - I searched the Aztech site for "2320" and it came up with a sound chip, not a modem or ethernet adapter. Are you sure you are not trying to remove the sound card?

If it's a combination card, it should have 2 or 3 jacks - 1 or 2 RJ-11 jacks for the modem and a RJ-45 jack for the Ethernet. A RJ-11 is a standard phone jack and a RJ-45 is very similar in appearance, just a bit larger.

Have you tried plugging in a phone line and trying to *use* the modem yet?
