My Duron 1300 is cooking at a whopping 32celcius and 100% load after 5 minutes clears a 35 celcius. All I am running is the stock HSF with that thermal spunge (I call it a spunge cuz if you seen how thick the thing is you'd crap your pants retarded).
Sounds to me that the ambient room temps might cause an influence. Also where are you putting hte computer. Does the exausted air have somewhere to go. Also like someone already said...its best to have your exaust to be higher then your intake, that way you don't have so much hotair festering in the case. An idea...take the side walls off the case and run it open. If that solves the problem, then you have too much hot air kicking around the case.
