Wolfie, since we are in the same area, why don't you check out USFamily.Net? I have had it for a year and a half now, and I haven't had any problems. And at only $8.99 a month, you can't beat the price. The only catch is that they use a priority system that kicks off higher-use customers in favour of lower-use customers, but I use the dialup quite a bit and I haven't been kicked off in over a month. The only times that I ever get kicked off anyway are between 9 and 10:30. If he uses it for no more than two hours a day on average, he should never get kicked off.

Before I had them, I used Earthlink, and I didn't like it. Expensive and problematic.
