I would go to the HP web site and look for an XP compatible driver for this printer and install that driver. Actually I did find an Xp driver at thier web site. Win 98/Me drivers usually do not work in an XP machine. Xp requires thier own drivers for devices in most cases. Although you will have to use the win98/Me drivers on the other win 98/ME respective computers.
