http://www.pagehosting.co.uk/rf/ use this utility if ure runnin NT/2k/xp and force whatever refresh rate you want....jus don't exceed what your monitor is capable of by two mutch... go way over and its bad, to mutch over and u'll jus get a screen that looks like lines and you can't see anything, Not good on the monitor, but if the screen din't go blank and ya din't hear a poping sound, your monitor still works

theres also other simlar programs for 9x, but i don't have a link handy for one.
