I have one of their free accounts just as a back up and checking out modems..it sucks. I have customers who use the pay version and it also sucks. Slow connects, and you can only check your e-mail with the browser. You cannot use Outlook Express or any other e-mail client, at leasst thats the way it was the last time I hit their help pages. If you want a better ISP I suggest you keep checking for a local provider if possible.
