Yes the internal fan works it shuts on and off by it self I think this is to save on battery power it must use some kind of temp sensor it's when the fan starts going on at high speed and don't shut off is a sign that it's over heating
I was thinking of usen an outside fan that blows air into the vents on the back my self I'v got an old computer fan that can out of an old Apple computer that uses 110v for power
I'll let ya know how it works out
