Well, at least for now baseball fans can see some real baseball with all the under dogs playing each other for the trophy. Should be some great games, this is what baseball is all about.
I used to be a hardcore baseball fan, but then the strike of 94 came along, then Puckett, my favorite player of all time, retired, then another near strike and contraction talks...it just isn't the same. Hopefully these playoffs can bring a few fans back into the game, and hopefully some of the smaller teams will begin to see that it is possibly to go to the series and we'll have some better games next year. But, if it's still the Yanks and Braves, I'm gone for good to the NFL...
