Everything looks right - except for the 5 minute DHCP lease the router is giving you (I think it's supposed to be a week if everything is right) - why don't you call Linksys support? It's toll-free and very good.

A thought - you could try setting the router to those DNS addresses manually instead of using the default zeros. Just make sure you keep the main IP set to obtain automatically.
