Granted when I did try to use cnet catchup I didn't know as much about PC computers as I do now (Thanks to PCMech), but still the whole point of the service is to take care of your system without needing to know much about computers. I think Cnet's thoughts were in the right place, but with all the combinations of hardware/software that is out in the market it became to much. Besides there are some good utility programs out there, such as Norton System Works that basically can do almost the same thing as the service. But I still will be leary of letting even that do it blindly.
