There is good and evil sides to those services but honestly my ol' puter(s) work best with very few update services like that. I remember back when MaCrappee had that service packaged with they're 'clinic'. geezz the only service they performed was screwing up my registry and giving me updates my puters didn't need.Thanks to this site I am wiser today & I suggest you check your hardware etc's sites periodically get what you need not what Cnet or whoever thinks you need on a mass scale.
