It is pretty easy to do and it makes it where you don't have to stick in the Windows CD every time something changes. Here are the steps that I use:
(1) Create a directory (folder) called wmesetup or something similar. I usually do this on a partition other than the C: partition. This makes it easier to just Format C: later and not have to recopy the files.
(2) Make a boot disk. Copy xcopy32.exe & xcopy32.mod to the boot disk.
(3.) Boot off of the floppy. Make sure that your ME CD is in the CD-ROM drive. Type in xcopy32 X:\*.* Y:\wmesetup\ /S (where X is your CD-ROM drive letter & Y is the directory that you just created). This will copy everything from your CD-ROM to this directory.
(4.) Go to the wmesetup directory and type in Setup.

Voila that is it. In an hour you will more than likely have ME installed.
