I suspected the motherboard to be faulty anyways. Since he is able to run at 100MHz fine, but not at 133MHz, when the motherboard and the chipset suppose to support 133MHz.
Yeah you should change it back. Perhaps get a replacement or buy another motherboard with your refunded money.
