P4 cooling is not really an issue - we use standard 300w power supplies with the extra connector with no problem.
I'm going to add Heroichi, Chieftec, and Nspire to the recommended list.
If you just want to run over to Best Buy and buy a power supply, you can't go wrong with the Antecs they sell, but they aren't particularly cheap. Just don't buy the FMI's from CompUSA - those are questionable at best.
