Those Bocas are both USB and winmodems - stay away. I just looked on Pricewatch and the cheapest external serial that I would trust is $52 - the generic Rockwell.
Why don't you look around for an internal ISA Supra Express? I've seen OEM versions as low as $25. Check the Steals and Deals section at the S3 online store.
