Um...wait a min here.....
The reason your system board may not support the Cel566 may not be multiplier related.
What may be the problem is core voltage.
The coppermines require 1.65 volts and some system boards cant set the regulators this low, check with ASUS on this before you stuff that puppy in there.
If your regulators wont set that low, the CPU might be subjected to higher then recomended voltages thus damaging the CPU. Some system boards will only go down to 1.80 volts and this is .15 volts above normal. Result would be a VERY warm running CPU. Some system board regulators wont go below 2.0 volts and this is very high for the coppermine and may *fry* it.
